Accountabilities:

The Integrated Marketing Sr Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting Vitera’s marketing strategy with a focus on product marketing and thought leadership.  This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded individual, who is excited to help expand a new category of product solutions in the defined contribution space as part of a start-up organization well-positioned to grow.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and sales leaders in the planning and execution of a wide range of marketing projects (examples include sales presentations, product content and thought leadership)
• Project manage and multi-task in a high-paced environment to ensure timelines are met.
• Develop a high-level understanding of relevant industry trends and topics to translate into insights and thought leadership.
• Liaise with external marketing partners as their primary company contact.
• Manage all reviews with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Organize and drive marketing initiatives through the creative process with our internal marketing teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant Marketing experience required background in defined contribution and/or annuities is a plus.
• Strong project management experience is required; experience working in a B2B client facing role is a plus.
• Experience in creating marketing collateral, developing marketing communications, and executing marketing campaigns, preferably for B2B.
• Comfortable managing and maintaining creative and design workflow production.
• Experience working with research data.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent written communication and demonstrated copywriting abilities.
• Exercises the highest level of attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with Workfront, Red Oak, Seismic a plus.
